We are looking forward to this year's AECT International Convention, InspiredProfessional Learning. InspiredLearning Professionals. We will bring together participants from around the world, offering practical applications, cutting-edge research, hands-on workshops, and demonstrations of new technologies in teaching and learning. REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Registrations may be canceled on or before a date 10 days prior to the start of the convention, and the amount paid minus a $30 administrative fee will be refunded. No refund is available for cancellations within 10 days of the start of the convention, but the amount paid minus a $30 administrative fee will be credited toward the registration fee for the convention in the following year. However, AECT must make hotel/conference center commitments regarding meal and ticketed functions, and so no future credit can be given for these items. Cancellations and refund requests resulting from family emergency situations will be considered on a case-by-case basis. All cancellations and refund requests must be sent in writing by mail, fax, or email to the AECT office. AECT cannot be responsible for cancellations necessitated by weather conditions, transportation issues, or other problems beyond the associations control.
